Common Wealth Charlotte Celebrates “The Value of Appreciation”

In honor of April being Financial Literacy Month, Common Wealth Charlotte invited all its individual donors, investors, volunteers, nonprofit partners and board members to experience “The Value of Appreciation,” a first-ever event held in celebration of the accomplishments made possible through their invested support (whether it was through their donation of time, donation of dollars or client referrals), along with celebrating the success of our clients (watch Jasmine’s story here).

Guests had the opportunity to learn about how their investment is making a difference in the lives of CWC clients, helping them advance their upward economic mobility. Namely, to further invest in the communities currently served, CWC supported minority-owned small businesses as the food, beverage, photography and entertainment vendors for the evening; helping to highlight Charlotte’s local entrepreneurial community:

Please also check out the other vendors that helped make this event possible:

As the saying goes, “what we appreciate, appreciates,” and Common Wealth Charlotte is incredibly grateful for the investments, referrals and support given throughout the years – all critical components so CWC can continue to invest in the clients served for years to come.

We are especially appreciative of Skyla and Ally for sponsoring this event!
